Bedroom 1
A large room, with double bed, large built-in wardrobes and sliding doors leading to the rear garden and pool.
Note: By closing the door to the hallway allows the main bathroom to serve as an ensuite to this bedroom.
Bedroom 2
A large family room with double bed and further single bed, sliding door leading onto the rear garden and pool. Large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Travel cot available on request.
Bedroom 3
A large double room with window to the front of the property. Large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4
A twin-bedded room (perfect for children or adults) with rear window to garden & pool. Built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bathrooms
Main Bathroom
Includes large double washbasin and powerful shower with multi-jets and free-standing bath. Toilet & Bidet.
Note: By closing off the door from the hallway, this can be used as an ensuite bathroom to Bedroom 1.
Second Bathroom
Includes double washbasin and powerful shower with multi-jets. Toilet & Bidet.
Third Bathroom
Includes single washbasin and toilet.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen includes a small breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. It is well-equipped with electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, crockery and glasses and a full-sized dishwasher.
utility room
Just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and a door leading to a paved outdoor clothes drying area.
Living room
The large living room has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV, as well as a reading area with a selection of books. Playing cards and games are provided. There is a sliding door leading from the living room to the rear garden & pool.
Outdoors
Garden & Parking
The villa sits on a corner plot which affords a great level of privacy. The front of the villa is landscaped with raised beds and has parking for 3 cars, all secured behind an electric gate.
The rear of the villa again has raised beds and is tiled throughout, with large areas to capture the sun at all times of the day, or play table tennis! We provide a number of sun loungers as well as a double ‘day-bed’ for total relaxation.
Dining Area
The covered dining area makes it the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner or to play games throughout the day; or simply somewhere to sit when you need some respite from the sun!
BBQ
The large brick built BBQ is perfect for dining simply or cooking a fabulous meal for friends! If you choose to cook late in the evening, when it is dark, we have installed a floodlight just for the BBQ area.
The Roof Terrace
Accessed from its own external staircase, the roof terrace has 2 sunbeds and is screened, providing a very private area if you want to sunbathe (topless or nude!) as it is not overlooked. It’s a very sunny spot right into the early evening, and we have put artificial grass down to make walking barefoot more comfortable. A lovely area of the villa to retreat to, if you just want some time on your own.
